Grief can feel like stepping into uncharted territory—confusing, overwhelming, and often isolating. If this resonates with you, know you are not alone. Grief support groups offer a compassionate space to learn about the grieving process and, if you choose, share your story in a safe and caring environment. With guidance and community, it is possible to better understand the terrain of grief and have support walking alongside you
Mourning and Meaning is a 10-week grief education and support group designed for anyone who is grieving the loss of a loved one. Participants will explore their grief through discussion and reflection and will receive a complimentary copy of Understanding Your Grief by Alan D. Wolfelt, Ph.D.
Sessions are held on Mondays, March 16 through May 25, from 4:00–5:00pm. To register or for more information, please email Paul.Gore@memorialhealthswok.com or call 580.355.8699, ext. 3172.
